This Privacy Policy describes how Energized Response, Inc., doing business as Nicl ("Nicl," "we," "our"), collects, uses, and protects information in connection with the website at nicl.ai and related services. What we collect
We collect information you give us directly and information generated as you use the site. When you fill in a form, respond to the GTM Scorecard, book a discovery call, or email us, we receive the contact details and any context you share (name, email, company, role, and free-text answers). When you visit the site, our analytics and hosting tools receive standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, referring page, and pages viewed. Cookies and similar technologies help us understand aggregate traffic patterns and remember preferences.
How we use it
We use the information to respond to inquiries, schedule and prepare for conversations, deliver services you've engaged us for, operate and improve the site, and, occasionally, to share relevant updates by email. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for third-party advertising.
