How We Work
Embedded operators. Not another deck.
Strategy without execution is fiction. We work inside your CRM, your Slack, your pipeline reviews. You'll know it's working because the leads land on your sales team's desk, researched, routed, and warm.
You've tried some of this before. Here's why it didn't work.
01vs. Tactical Agencies
vs. Tactical Agencies
What you tried
You hired an agency to run content, paid media, or outbound. They produced deliverables on schedule.
What was missing
Nobody connected their output to your revenue system. The agency executed a channel. You still had to be the one who made it matter. Deliverables showed up. Pipeline didn't.
If you had Nicl
We operate at the architecture layer, the one between strategy and tactical execution. We make the agencies you already have actually work together.
This is the machine that generated hundreds of thousands in new pipeline in 90 days for a custom manufacturer.
02vs. Sales Hires
vs. Sales Hires
What you tried
You hired a rep or a sales manager to take deals off your plate.
What was missing
Their job is to close deals, not build systems. Pipeline visibility didn't improve because that was never their mandate. The rep can run plays, but nobody built the playbook, the process, or the infrastructure underneath them.
If you had Nicl
We build the pipeline architecture and revenue visibility that your sales team operates inside of. We make the hire more effective, not redundant.
03vs. The Expensive Senior Hire
vs. The Expensive Senior Hire
What you tried
You considered, or actually hired, a VP of Sales, CRO, or VP of Marketing. $250K to $350K in salary, six-month ramp, and the risk of hiring the wrong person before you know what the right system looks like.
What was missing
You asked one person to simultaneously design the blueprint and build the house. That's two jobs, and the urgent one (closing deals) always wins over the important one (building architecture).
If you had Nicl
We build the architecture first. Then you hire the senior leader into a system that's already working. Faster ramp, lower risk, fraction of the cost.
One client ran this play in reverse: sixteen months in, the system justified the sales hire instead of the other way around.
04vs. Building It Yourself
vs. Building It Yourself
What you tried
Your team stood up an AI agent, an enrichment tool, a workflow builder. It worked in the demo.
What was missing
Standing it up is one thing. Operationally running it is another. Now your IT team owns a system nobody designed, and every edge case lands on them.
If you had Nicl
We've made every mistake already, on our own dime, across a dozen installs. You get the operating system, not the science project.
A SaaS client came to us after the DIY route: cost per deal dropped 65% once the system ran as one machine.
05vs. Cobbling It Together
vs. Cobbling It Together
What you tried
A little of everything. You saw what other companies were doing and borrowed pieces. Same agencies, same sequences, same playbook.
What was missing
You slid from comparison to imitation to fragmentation. Now your GTM is a graveyard of borrowed tactics. Sales, marketing, and product operate in silos. Tools don't talk. Signals disappear. And you're the one holding it together with duct tape and tribal knowledge.
If you had Nicl
We replace you as the connective tissue with architecture that's actually yours, designed for your company, your product, your buyer.
The engagement shape
How you start with us.
Discovery call
A short call to understand where you are, what you've tried, and what you're aiming at.
Systems look
We take view access to your CRM and analytics, so we understand what we're stepping into and never over-promise.
Proposal
A concrete plan with scope, sequencing, and the number. If it isn't a fit, we say so.
Three steps. Fast when it's a fit, honest when it isn't.
The stack
Built on Swan.
We build on Swan, the go-to-market orchestration platform, as an Architect Partner. Swan is the execution layer under everything we install: identification, research, routing, outreach, reporting, one system instead of a stack of point tools.
We're not stack-agnostic, and that's deliberate. Agnostic firms re-learn a new toolchain on your dime; we've made our mistakes already, on our own account, and encoded the fixes into a library of builds we install in hours instead of weeks. When Swan ships something new, we've usually been testing it for weeks. When we hit a limit, they've sometimes fixed it before we finished filing the report.
Most founders we work with are in the middle of a transition from founder-led sales to a system that runs without them. We named its stages.
