Start small. Scale when it's proven.

Every engagement is sized by what your GTM system needs, not hours on a timesheet. You'll always know the number before we start, and it never moves mid-engagement.

We quote the number in the proposal, not on the website, because it depends on what your system actually needs. It's fixed before we start, and it never moves mid-engagement.

The arc

Three stages. Ascending commitment.

01

Launch

Fixed flat fee

The pilot. We stand up your Swan instance, wire the core connections, and build two working use cases in under two weeks. You see your own warm accounts surface before you commit to anything bigger.

02

Activation

Fixed fee, scoped to you

The full install. Who's on your website, who's in-market, and one dashboard you can actually trust, wired into your CRM with the modules your motion needs. Fixed fee, one number, 30 to 60 day window depending on scope.

03

Partner

Monthly partnership

We run the machine with you: pipeline reviews, new plays, new channels, continuous tuning. Month-to-month after the initial commitment. No lock-in, because the system is built in your accounts and leaving was always an option. That's why clients stay.

Book a Discovery Call

No discounts. If budget's tight, we subtract scope, not value.

The exit is designed in. When you outgrow us, the machine stays. Some of our favorite clients are the ones who fired us and kept winning.

Fair questions.

Why don't you publish prices?

Because the number depends on what your system actually needs, and pretending otherwise would mean either overcharging simple installs or underscoping complex ones. You'll have a fixed number in the proposal, before anything starts, and it never moves mid-engagement.

What do you need from us?

View access to your CRM and analytics during discovery, a decision-maker in the room, and about two hours a week from your team during an install. We build inside your accounts, so there's no migration project and nothing to hand back later.

How fast do we see something real?

Launch produces working use cases inside two weeks, surfacing warm accounts from your own traffic. A full Activation runs 30 to 60 days depending on scope. If we don't think we can show you something real in that window, we'll tell you at the proposal stage and not take the engagement.

Who actually does the work?

The three of us. No offshore bench, no junior pod that appears after the contract is signed. The people you meet in discovery are the people in your Slack during the build.

What happens when we stop?

You keep everything. The system lives in your accounts, your CRM, your Swan instance. There's no export fee, no hostage negotiation, no degraded 'free tier' of your own data. Most clients stay because the machine keeps earning its keep, not because leaving is hard.

Do you work with companies outside SaaS?

Constantly. Manufacturing, professional services, software, anything B2B where deals are won in conversations. The machine cares about signals and conversations, not your industry code.

Not sure which stage fits? Start with the audit.

10 questions. 2 minutes. A diagnostic score that shows you exactly where to focus first. No fluff, no email sequence.
